Esmonin家族歷史悠久，酒莊早期是以Sylvie Esmonin的父親Michel Esmonin為名，之後改為Domaine Michel Esmonin et Fille，1989年，酒莊開始自行裝瓶販售；1998年Michel的女兒Sylvie正式接班，酒莊也改隨之為現名。

Domaine Vigot 根據林裕森老師的著作，酒莊的釀造手法與早期不同，現在採大部份整串葡萄釀造，較少低溫泡皮，新桶比例也有所提高。Sylvie認為整串釀造具有許多優點，包含大幅提升葡萄酒的複雜度，在增加酒款的架構與力度時仍可以保持優雅的風格。陳釀使用的橡木桶來自桶王Dominique Laurent的木桶廠，有助於釀出細緻精確同時力道強勁的葡萄酒，知名酒評家Jasper Morris就曾表示：「酒莊的葡萄酒非常有個性，具有Gevrey典型的堅定風格，同時也帶有優雅的絲滑口感。」

Domaine Sylvie Esmonin擁有8公頃的葡萄園，其中在超級一級園Clos Saint-Jacques擁有1.6公頃的土地，其餘分布在伯恩丘與夜丘，平均藤齡為50年，在1990年以後就都採行有機方式種植。近期酒莊也在Volnay村的Santenots和Côte de Nuits-Villages等地添購新的葡萄園。

由於葡萄酒價易因極端氣候減產、國際運輸價格上漲以及市場供需變化致生劇烈波動，故最終請以客服人員回覆之實際報價為準。
