早期由於自己的葡萄園面積有限，Maxime需要向其他人購買葡萄，因此他在2019年之前的年產量僅有6500瓶。但自2020年起，隨著Beaune的Les Prévoles、老藤村的Pommard和Pommard premier cru Les Chanlins-Bas葡萄園的加入，酒莊的產量提升到每年15000到20000瓶。
